Espace Weisshorn is the fruit of a joint project between the Sorebois collective and Remontées Mécaniques de Grimentz-Zinal SA. A whole host of people have played a part in the creation of this haven of peace and contributed to making it a success.
With just two months left until the grand opening, it is now time to introduce the people who will be breathing life into Espace Weisshorn from 14 October. Florence Cauvel and Antony Tempesta, a match made in heaven both at home and in the workplace, boast a wealth of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, she having previously worked in the luxury hotel sector and he having earned a Michelin star at his restaurant in Val d’Isère.
While waiting to welcome you to Espace Weisshorn, Florence and Antony share their thoughts about the upcoming opening of the brand-new restaurant at the top of the Sorebois ski area.
