During the first edition of the Epicurialpes festival, held from October 24 to 26, 2025, in Grimentz, the Espace Weisshorn was the venue for three exceptional dinners bringing together some of the biggest names in Swiss and international gastronomy. Perched at an altitude of almost 2,700 meters, this iconic location in the Grimentz-Zinal area, with its spectacular view of the Couronne Impériale, provided a unique setting for these exclusive gastronomic evenings. Each dinner, elevated to an immersive experience thanks to a panoramic cable car ride from Grimentz, featured Michelin-starred chefs such as Emmanuel Renaut, Franck Reynaud, Gilles Varone, Didier de Courten, Vincent Lehner, and Franck Giovannini, who enhanced the flavors of the Alps with their refined creations and carefully selected wine pairings, making these evenings unforgettable moments for lovers of haute cuisine.
